Speakers

Ekaterina Sirazitdinova

Ekaterina is a senior data scientist at NVIDIA. She specializes in leveraging AI techniques, such as multimodal generative AI and large language models, to tackle computer vision and language processing challenges. She is skilled in end-to-end AI productization, encompassing the entire process from development to optimized deployment, whether it be in the cloud or at the edge. Previously, Ekaterina was a research engineer applying deep learning to medical image analysis. She has also authored several peer-reviewed journal and conference publications on various applications of image-based 3D reconstruction, localization and tracking. Ekaterina received her Ph.D. in Computer Science and M.Sc in Media Informatics, she also holds a Diploma in Business Informatics.

Tero Ojanperä

Dr Tero Ojanperä is an entrepreneur, investor, and board professional. He has versatile abilities and background at the intersection of technology, business, and creativity. He is chairman and co-founder of Silo AI, one of the largest private AI labs in Europe, and Professor of Practice, Intelligent Platforms at Aalto University, Finland. Tero is the author of Platform Strategy: Transform Your Business with AI, Platforms, and Human Intelligence. Previously, he was Nokia’s CTO and Chief Strategy Officer. Fast Company crowned him the seventh most creative person in business and he is a Young Global Leader with the World Economic Forum.”

Ingrid Bonde Åkerlind

Ingrid Bonde Åkerlind is a Principal based in Oxx’s investment team. Ingrid is an expert in SaaS Go-To-Market strategies, with a particular interest in Product Led Growth and pricing. She brings a wealth of operational experience from marketing and growth leadership roles within the European tech ecosystem to Oxx. In addition to working closely with Oxx portfolio companies, she mentors earlier stage SaaS startups on growth tactics, sales and marketing alignment, pricing strategies and more.

Reetu Kainulainen
Reetu is the CEO and co-founder of Berlin/Helsinki based Ultimate. Started in 2016, Ultimate provides AI solutions to enterprises to help them scale their customer service. Today they serve enterprise clients across the Europe, US and APAC. The company has also been quick to form strong partnerships with tech giants including Salesforce, Zendesk, Google, SAP, Microsoft and Genesys. Ultimate, backed by OMERS, Felicis HV Capital, Maki Ventures and Techstars is growing rapidly and changing the way customer service works.
Nils Janse

Nils Janse is one of Sweden’s leading experts in generative AI. He is partner at Ymnig AI and CEO of Delibr AI, a SaaS company that was early to integrate OpenAI’s APIs. With an engineering background from KTH including studies in AI and strategy experience from 6 years at McKinsey and 9 years in Storytel’s board, he brings together both technical know-how with strategic insight. He has worked with over 20 organizations on adopting generative AI.

Amy Chen

With the mission to improve the flow of urban life, Amy Chen leads the company’s customer-centric innovation unit, focusing on consistently bringing new solutions to the market.​ Prior to joining KONE, she has extensive experience in corporate and startup innovations, as founder of Car2Share and CEO of car2go China with Daimler, COO of Didi and Li Auto’s mobility EV joint venture, and as strategy head for Volkswagen China’s software and digital services arm. ​Amy’s other professional experience includes Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company in Germany, while she started her career with Motorola in the US. ​She holds an MBA from RSM Erasmus University in the Netherlands and a BA in International Finance from Renmin University of China.

Evelina Anttila

Evelina Anttila is Managing Partner at early-stage venture capital fund Wellstreet. She is active in AI, tech, and business forums, where she frequently speaks about AI investments, ethics, and policy matters. Evelina previously served as an executive at AI company Peltarion (acquired) and has a background as an M&A lawyer. She is also co-founder of legal tech company Justic, advisor to AI Sweden, and holds board positions.

Ia Ahl
Felix Gugler

Felix Gugler serves as a Project Co-Lead at Combient Foundry, focusing on the Generative AI cycle. With academic education from Aalto University, UC Berkeley, and Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Felix brings a rich background in business innovation, product strategy, and user research. He is committed to enhancing the European innovation ecosystem and has a keen interest in corporate venturing, open innovation, and the dynamics of innovation ecosystems.

Mala Valroy

Mala invests in deep-tech startups with global reach and market-making potential at Industrifonden. Over the last decade, Mala has built a strong foundation in multiple technologies as a scientist and held senior leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies such as Ericsson and Atlas Copco, scaling innovations in emerging markets. As a founder, operator, and board member, she has worked with and advised startups in a number of verticals, including spatial computing & AI. Mala holds a Master of Science in General Management from the Stockholm School of Economics, as well as Master of Science in Biochemistry from Dartmouth College, an Ivy League Institution in the United States.

Riko Nyberg
Riko is one of the world’s leading experts in developing NLP-based AI systems. He holds an MSc degree in Data Science & ML. Riko has previously worked at Apple, engineering Siri speech solutions, building the AI team at Vainu, and engineering digital solutions for Slush. He has also worked at the Stanford University Peace Innovation Lab. Riko is a tech-team lead with full-stack experience and emphasis on the back end and AI/ML and NLP.
Johan Harvard
Arthur Gueneau
Arthur Gueneau is a Relationship Management Director at Combient and the head of Combient Transform. Combient Transform is Combient’s process facilitation team, which gives hands-on process support to companies working on their digital transformation, leveraging the expertise and knowledge of the network. Prior to joining Combient five years ago, Arthur was instrumental in setting up ENGIE Digital, the ENGIE Group’s software unit. A former economist, he takes a special interest in sustainable value creation and long-term structural change in complex organizations.
Adam Österman

Adam Österman serves as a Relationship Manager at Combient, where he spearheads the generative AI initiatives. In addition to his current role, he is a startup founder with a previous career as a professional photographer. With a solid 12-year tenure at SEB, Adam notably led the Innovation Lab for 5 years, leveraging his extensive experience to drive innovative solutions.
